Vanilla Custard Pudding Recipe

Easy to make Vanilla Custard Pudding Recipe...

  • Mik – ½ litre
  • Custard Powder (Vanilla) – 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 6 to 7 tablespoon
  • Fresh Cream – 1 cup
  • Gelatine – 2 tablespoon
How to Prepare

  1. First, put custard powder into half cup of milk and stir well & keep this aside
  2. Start boiling the remaining portion of milk & add 6 tablespoon sugar into it
  3. Now add the mix (custard powder & milk) which was kept aside into the boiling milk (Stir well while adding & keep continue stirring)
  4. Switch off the stove after the mix becomes thick
  5. Melt the gelatine in half cup water and add it to the above mix & stir well
  6. Keep this aside to cool & after that add 1 cup of fresh cream into it
  7. Also add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence into the mix and stir well.
  8. Now pour this mix into a caramelized vessel (Can spread cashew nuts into the top for decoration) 
  9. Keep this into the fridge to make it set
